Residential Registered Manager Location: Slyne, Lancaster Salary: £50,000 per annum with the potential to earn up to £55,000 through bonuses Contract: Full Time, Permanent Specific Hours: 40 hours per week Are you an experienced, ambitious leader ready to take the next step in your residential career? Our children's home cares for four children aged 8-18 with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead staff practice, maintain strong safeguarding arrangements and drive continuous improvement in line with Bay View Childcare's standards, ethos and the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015. You will provide confident leadership, ensuring care is child-centred, outcomes-focused and responsive to the individual needs of each child. This includes maintaining robust safeguarding systems, safe staffing arrangements, clear risk assessments and effective multi-agency working. You will support and develop your team through supervision, mentoring and care-focused training, ensuring care plans, safeguarding procedures and support services are implemented consistently and effectively.
