We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join our newly renovated restaurant in the heart of Marylebone, London. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the opening team and help shape an exciting new concept that will operate as its own distinct brand within the hotel. The menu will focus on Mediterranean cuisine with Italian and British influences, celebrating seasonal ingredients and simple, well-executed dishes. As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day front-of-house operation, leading lunch and dinner service while also overseeing the wider food and beverage offering, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and in-room dining. You will play a key role in shaping the guest experience, establishing service standards, and building and leading a strong and motivated team. The role will involve managing service, ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high hospitality standards, and creating a welcoming and well-organised environment for both restaurant guests and hotel residents.
