Duties:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and eating
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities
- Help in the administration of medication
- Create and maintain accurate care plans for each client
- Engage clients in activities that stimulate their physical and mental well-being
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and family members
- Use IT systems effectively to update client records
Requirements: - Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal
- Valid driving licence to travel between client locations
- Experience in a care assistant role within a home care or care home environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Strong IT skills for maintaining digital records and care plans
