We currently offer Full-Time and Part-Time Care positions with immediate availability. Morning and evening shifts are up for grabs! As a Care Assistant at Adicare, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals in their homes, ensuring they receive personalized care and assistance. If you are dedicated to making a positive impact on people's lives and possess a caring nature, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care including assisting with medication, dressing, eating, and maintaining hygiene.
Support individuals with shopping, domestic tasks, and social activities.
Ensure customers' preferences are respected and contribute to their overall well-being. - Communicate effectively with colleagues, family members, and relevant organizations. - Assist customers in maintaining relationships within the local community.
Follow and maintain Care Plans to provide tailored support.
Promote and safeguard the welfare of the individuals under your care.
Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role within the last 2 years is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Proficient in using IT for documentation purposes. - Possess a valid UK driving license and access to own vehicle for travel.
Ability to work flexible hours between 7 am to 10 pm. - Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate attitude towards caregiving.
