Job Spec: We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Residential Children's Support Worker who is passionate about supporting children and young people and helping them thrive in a safe and nurturing environment. You’ll work closely with an experienced and dedicated team, including the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and ongoing training to support your personal and professional growth.
