Our new provision, which focuses on therapeutic parenting in the residential setting, is looking for an energetic deputy manager to join its team. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Deputy Manager (will consider senior key/support workers) for a therapeutic residential children's home in Worcester Park, South West London. The Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing the home's day-to-day operations together with the Registered Manager with a plan of progression to the registered manager post, managing the care team, ensuring the well-being of residents, and implementing care programs to support the children. The role requires DBS and references.
