Location: Hayes / UB8 area Pay: £13.50 per hour Immediate start We are looking for an experienced and reliable male support worker to support a 16-year-old boy with learning disabilities. He is non-verbal and requires patient, attentive support to remain safe at home and while accessing the community. The successful applicant must understand how to support children or young people with learning disabilities, communication difficulties and limited awareness of danger. Working hours The role is for approximately 20 hours per week, usually worked in five-hour blocks. Example schedule: • Monday: 12:00pm–5:00pm, • Tuesday: 12:00pm–5:00pm, • Wednesday: 12:00pm–3:00pm, • Thursday: 12:00pm–5:00pm Some flexibility may be required depending on the young person’s needs.
