Please Note: This position is not suitable for individuals already working full-time (Monday to Friday). Working seven days a week is neither sustainable nor ethical. Key Responsibilities
- Operate carpet cleaning machinery and tools safely and effectively.
- Assess carpet condition and choose the most suitable cleaning methods.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and offer expert advice.
- Travel to various job locations, ensuring safe transport of all equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tools and work areas.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
Requirements
- Previous carpet cleaning or cleaning experience is a bonus but not essential — full training provided.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills (English fluency required).
- A valid driver’s licence is essential (must be 25+ for insurance purposes).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Physical capability to handle manual work, including moving and lifting equipment (60kg)
