Our new opening soon Brunch is looking for a passionate, experienced and reliable Chef to join our team at our new brunch café.
We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a busy café, brunch restaurant or kitchen, who has a genuine passion for food and can prepare high-quality dishes across breakfast, brunch and lunch menus.
The ideal candidate will:
● Have proven experience as a chef in a café, brunch restaurant or similar kitchen environment.
● Be confident preparing a variety of breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes.
● Have experience cooking eggs, omelettes, poached eggs, pancakes, French toast, full English breakfasts and other brunch favourites.
● Be confident preparing fresh, tasty and beautifully presented meals.
● Be able to work independently and manage a busy kitchen.
● Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen organisation.
● Be able to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
● Have good time management and communication skills.
● Be reliable, hardworking, creative and passionate about food.
What we are looking for:
Someone who takes pride in their cooking, has a good eye for presentation and can bring fresh ideas to our menu. We want a chef who can help us deliver an excellent food experience and maintain the high standards of our new Brunch.
