As Senior Sous Chef, you'll help lead the kitchen day to day — ensuring every service runs smoothly, every plate looks beautiful and every guest leaves feeling good. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Group Head Chef, supporting with daily operations, ordering and rota management. You'll play a key role in leading and inspiring the team, bringing energy and calm to even the busiest services.
