Key Responsibilities:


Prepare and serve Italian panini & focaccia sandwiches
Handle classic Italian ingredients (mozzarella, prosciutto, mortadella, salami, etc.)
Prepare and cook pizzas to a consistent standard
Manage basic dough handling and mise en place
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
Work efficiently during busy service periods



Requirements:


Previous experience in an Italian bar, café, or casual Italian kitchen
Strong knowledge of Italian sandwiches and simple Italian dishes
Pizza experience preferred (dough, topping, oven work)
Fast, organised, and reliable
Team player with a professional attitude
