The Chef de Partie will help the sous chef and head chef develop new dishes and menus, will work alongside the rest of the brigade, and communicate efficiently with the entire team, included front of house. The candidate will also monitor position and waste control to maintain profit margins and will be extremely well organised, keeping the station extremely clean at all times.
