CHEF DE PARTIE – OPENING TEAM
As a Chef de Partie, you will run a section within the kitchen and support the delivery of consistent, high-quality food.


Key Responsibilities

  • • Running your section during prep and service
  • • Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
  • • Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
  • • Maintaining hygiene, safety, and organisation
  • • Supporting stock and waste control
  • Able to work rotating shift patterns which includes earlies and lates

About You

  • • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
  • • Experience as a CDP or strong Demi CDP
  • • Passion for produce-led cooking
  • • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • • Calm and team-focused approach

  • • up to £17 per hour incl service charge (tronc-based system)
