Full time Mediterranean cruise chef (full time)
We are seeking an experienced and passionated Mediterranean Chef to join our team full time. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of traditional and modern Mediterranean cuisine and thrives in a fast - paced kitchen environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare Mediterranean dishes.
Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all menu items
Manage food preparation, cooking and planing.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality meals consistently.
Requirements
Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production and preparation.
Ability to work full time, including weekends and holidays.
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality settings.
Food safety certification preferred.
