Ensure consistency, quality and presentation of all menu items Manage food preparation, cooking and planing. Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality meals consistently. Requirements Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food production and preparation. Ability to work full time, including weekends and holidays. Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality settings. Food safety certification preferred.
