We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our recently opened restaurant in the heart of Marylebone, London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in establishing a new dining destination, offering Mediterranean cuisine with Italian and British influences that celebrates seasonal ingredients and simple, well-executed dishes. As Head Chef, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day kitchen operation, leading lunch and dinner service while overseeing the wider food offering of The Leonard Hotel next door, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and in-room dining. You will play a key role in refining and evolving the menu, working closely with the ownership team to continue developing the restaurant's culinary identity. You will also be responsible for leading and developing the kitchen team, maintaining exceptional food quality, overseeing service, and ensuring efficient, well-organised kitchen operations. We are looking for a passionate and motivated chef who combines creativity with strong leadership and operational discipline. The ideal candidate will have experience leading busy kitchens, maintaining high standards and consistency across multiple service periods, and creating a positive and professional team culture.
