Head Chef – Seafish&Grill (New Opening)
Seafish is a brand-new food spot opening in 1–2 weeks, and we’re looking for a skilled, hands-on chef to lead our kitchen. We’ll be serving traditional fish & chips, grilled items, pizzas, and a range of sides like mushy peas, gravy, and curry.
You’ll be in charge of running the kitchen, preparing all key menu items, and maintaining quality and speed. Assistant chefs will be on hand to help with prep and general support - we just need someone who knows the full setup and can take the lead.
As this is a new opening, starting salaries will be lower but could increase steadily over time based on performance and growth.
