Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our 2-person team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles and possess a keen eye for detail. Starting from £100-a-day.
Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas, using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are cleaned to company standards.
• Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to maintain a safe working environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties to management promptly.
• Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Required

• Full UK Driving license (Essential)
• Proven experience in Commercial/ Residential cleaning or Janitorial work.
• Based in Chelmsford
• Fluency in English (To a professional working proficiency)

Key Skills

• Experience with End-of-Tenancy cleaning.
• Experience using a Carpet Cleaning Machine.
• Experience with Cleaning Ovens.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable with a professional attitude towards hygiene standards and confidentiality.
