Overview We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our 2-person team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles and possess a keen eye for detail. Starting from £100-a-day. Duties • Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential spaces, including offices, washrooms, and communal areas, using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment., • Ensure all surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures are cleaned to company standards., • Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to maintain a safe working environment., • Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning duties to management promptly., • Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within designated timeframes. Required • Full UK Driving license (Essential), • Proven experience in Commercial/ Residential cleaning or Janitorial work., • Based in Chelmsford, • Fluency in English (To a professional working proficiency) Key Skills • Experience with End-of-Tenancy cleaning., • Experience using a Carpet Cleaning Machine., • Experience with Cleaning Ovens., • Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality of work., • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision., • Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently., • Physical stamina to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods., • Reliable with a professional attitude towards hygiene standards and confidentiality.
