Role Overview We are looking for a skilled RTITB Forklift Instructor to deliver training across a range of machine types throughout London, Hertfordshire, Kent, and Essex. You'll play a key role in ensuring learners gain the skills and knowledge required to work safely and effectively in the materials handling industry. Key Responsibilities • Deliver practical and classroom-based training on:, • Counterbalance Forklifts, • Reach Trucks, • Telescopic Handlers, • Pallet Trucks, • Ensure all training meets RTITB standards and current legislation, • Maintain accurate training records and liaise with clients to deliver an excellent learner experience, • RTITB Counterbalance Forklift Instructor qualification (essential), • Practical experience in materials handling and forklift operation, • Strong communication and teaching skills, with a patient and professional approach, • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across London, Hertfordshire, Kent, and Essex, • Work-life balance: Monday to Friday with weekends off, • Company vehicle and fuel card to travel between training sites, • Full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role, • Comprehensive benefits: Holiday pay, bank holidays, and company pension, • Holiday Allowance: 20 days plus Bank Holiday (3 days needed to be reserve for Christmas) Your data will be handled in line with GDPR JBRP1_UKTJ
