About the Role
As a part-time cleaning staff member, you’ll be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and quality in various settings, including Airbnb properties and residential homes. This role involves:
Performing cleaning tasks to high standards, with attention to detail and reliability.
Communicating efficiently with our team regarding schedules, shifts, and availability.
Occasionally interacting with clients, so professionalism and a positive attitude are essential.
Requirements
Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate!
Must hold a full UK licence and drive with supplies and equipment.
Must be able to travel to local jobs in the following locations, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Rayleigh, Wickford, Basildon, and Southend Plus few surrounding areas.
Must speak fluent English and good communication skills
Strong attention to detail and dedication to providing a top-quality service.
Flexibility to work varying hours, mainly in the mornings but with some afternoons and evenings.
Open to not work set hours and can be slightly different some days.
Compensation
Starting at £13 per hour depending on experience, with the potential up to £14 per hour and more work as demand grows.
This position is part-time, with flexibility for days that may have lighter workloads.
Payment will be provided immediately after each job is completed and checked.
