Working remotely or in our UK head office in central Norwich, you should expect to spend most of your time: • Answering calls and emails to help our customers make the most of their accounts, helping them track their deliveries and learn about our crowd-funded wines and winemakers, • We genuinely care about our customers (and each other), so an honest and empathic approach is a must, • We're an award-winning team, so you'll need to be dedicated to providing top-notch customer service and ready to go the extra mile for our customers, • Have fun whilst doing a fantastic job! What are the hours? This is a full time position, so you’ll typically be working 37.5 hours per week, spread over 5 days and you'll have 2 consecutive days off. We’re open 7 days a week, 9am-5.30pm - being able to work both Saturday and Sunday every weekend is vital. When would I start? We're looking for people who can join us on Monday 22nd September or potentially on the Monday 6th October 2025. • This is a temporary contract ending in December 2025 so we need people who thrive in a demanding environment and pick things up quickly.
