Blackwater Facilities Management Limited is seeking an experienced and dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of cleaning operatives.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and according to schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks of premises.
- Manage cleaning rotas and allocate tasks efficiently.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Adhere to and enforce all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Address any cleaning-related issues or client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide hands-on cleaning support when required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning, with previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of various cleaning methods, products, and equipment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A strong commitment to health and safety standards.
