Key Responsibilities: Lead the kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to meet our quality standards. Oversee the kitchen’s day-to-day operations, including stock management, ordering, and scheduling. Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures. Encourage teamwork and foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere in the kitchen. Develop new menu items and collaborate with management on seasonal updates. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a busy restaurant environment, ideally Italian cuisine. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a diverse kitchen team. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, keeping a calm demeanor in busy service times. SUMMARY OF POSITION Our Bar Team is key to the experience and theatre of our business, you will be producing and serving drinks at high volume in a fast pace exciting environment. We are looking for highly skilled Bartenders who have extensive experience in the bar industry. You will be provided extensive training and be expected to achieve execution criteria and consistency. Day to day duties will involve mixology prep of our unique innovative cocktail menu, preparing and setting up for private events, execution during service hours and maintaining the high hygiene and safety policies. Key Responsibilities - Lead, train, and motivate a team of bartenders, barbacks, and servers to deliver exceptional service and create a positive atmosphere for guests. - Develop and maintain a diverse and innovative cocktail menu, ensuring high-quality ingredients and consistent execution. Monitor industry trends and incorporate new ideas to keep the menu fresh and exciting. - Manage beverage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies. We are looking for part time Experienced Bartender, You Must have at least 1 years experience. You Must be able to make classic cocktails from memory.. Immediate start. You will be tested on a number of recipes before you start. Must be fluent in English. Shift pattern is Mainly Friday and Saturday nights and some midweek nights £13.50 £14.50 ph depending on experience.
