Join Our Team at The Manor Aylesbury as a Part-Time or Full-Time Cocktail Bartender.

We are seeking dynamic and experienced individuals to join our team at The Manor Aylesbury. We currently have openings for both full-time and part-time Cocktail Bartenders.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide exceptional customer service to create an unforgettable dining experience.
• Prepare and serve drinks in accordance with our high-quality standards.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards of the bar.
• Handle cashiering and payment transactions accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in bartending, food service, or customer service roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of drink and food preparation techniques, including familiarity with common ingredients and their pairings.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
