We are now recruiting experienced, reliable self-employed cleaners to support ongoing Ministry of Defence (MOD) cleaning contracts. This is structured, compliance-led work on secure sites, and all applicants must meet strict vetting and professionalism standards. Only individuals able to complete full security clearance will be considered. ⚠️ Additional cleaning work may also be available depending on reliability and performance This is serious, vetted work on secure government sites. This role will suit an experienced Site Manager who isintelligent, proactive, highly professional, and meticulous in their attention to detail. Our developments demand the delivery of premium, high-end finishes throughout, and we are particularly keen to speak with Site Managers who have successfully delivered premium high-spec residential projects where detail and quality are paramount. Job Description The Site Manager is responsible for the full delivery of residential development, ensuring strict adherence to programme, budget and quality standards.
