In this fast-paced role, you will support key client accounts and help ensure the smooth planning and delivery of events and logistics requirements. You’ll work closely with internal teams, suppliers, drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate orders, manage schedules, and maintain excellent customer service standards. Key Responsibilities of Account & Order Coordination • Manage day-to-day orders through the online ordering system, • Respond promptly and professionally to client calls and emails, • Coordinate crew and driver bookings, including route planning and job costings, • Update and maintain stock records, equipment details, barcodes, weights, sizes, locations, and images within the system, • Support out-of-hours enquiries and participate in a weekend rota when required, • Ensure projects remain within agreed client budgets, • Produce Health & Safety reports, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements, • Complete monthly customer stock reports where required, • Ensure all job costs and reporting are completed accurately and submitted within finance deadlines Communication & Team Support • Liaise with warehouse management and operatives to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly, • Coordinate with drivers, external crew, and suppliers as needed, • Ensure all documentation and event information is communicated effectively for smooth execution, • Provide support and guidance to Account Managers when required, • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure all daily office tasks are completed efficiently General Administration • Provide administrative support across the business as required, • Carry out any additional reasonable duties related to the role Skills & Experience Required • Strong administrative experience within a fast-paced environment, • Excellent customer service skills, • Confident using Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, • Strong organisational and communication skills, • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Desirable • Experience planning and organising promotional or experiential staff, • Knowledge of event logistics, • Experience using warehouse management systems Requirements • A-Level qualification or equivalent, • Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience Please note: As you can appreciate we are currently overwhelmed with applications of individuals looking for both short term and permanent work and we can therefore only contact those applications that have relevant skills for positions that we currently have available.
