We are looking for a Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor to join our welcoming team of dedicated military and civilian healthcare professionals and administrative staff located at Halton Medical Centre. The position offers 37.5 hours per week. The salary will be pro rata where the part time hours are undertaken. Full time hours (37.5) are preferred however part time hours may be considered if the candidate is able to offer 5 days a week service. Does this sound like the role for you? Job responsibilities Duties and responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to: • Providing a positive caring environment, in which patients can expect a high quality professional service., • Working within the Defence Medical Rehabilitation Programme (DMRP) is to provide a high standard of exercise based rehabilitation including highly specialist work in the musculo-skeletal/sports and training injury area for the PAR, meeting Standards for Better Health1 by using a multidisciplinary approach., • Developing and maintaining of their own personal, service, and professional standards to the highest attainable levels., • Providing clinical reports to assist in the comprehensive discharge planning for both referring source and ongoing patient care under other health professionals.
