We are looking for a Commis chef who primarily assists senior chefs by performing basic food preparation tasks like chopping, peeling, cleaning, and seasoning ingredients, under close supervision, typically rotating through different kitchen sections to learn various cooking techniques.
Required skills for a commis chef

Understanding of food hygiene: Following proper sanitation practices
Attention to detail: Ensuring consistency and quality in food preparation
Ability to work under pressure: Maintaining composure in a fast-paced kitchen environment

You will need to have experiences with Italian Cuisine.
