About You: - Proven experience in a reservations or events coordination role within a high-end restaurant, hospitality, or events environment. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, guests, and internal teams. - A guest-focused approach, with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering world-class service. - Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple reservations and events simultaneously. - Technical proficiency in reservation and event management systems (e.g., Seven Rooms or similar platforms). - Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and respond to last-minute changes.
