We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Cook-Chef de Partie on Part time basis to join our family-run team at Bel Vedere Ristorante Italiano. Established for 35 years, we pride ourselves on serving authentic Italian cuisine in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
As a Cook-Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, assisting the owner and taking responsibility for a specific section. Your duties will include:
- Preparing and cooking high-quality Italian dishes according to our established recipes.
- Ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Managing and organizing your station efficiently.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
- Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen environment.
We are seeking someone with a passion for Italian food, previous experience in a similar role, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
