About Us
We are Pureco Insurance Based in Liverpool L1 in the Baltic Triangle. We are a service-based company working on behalf of our clients to provide tailored insurance quote services for Car and Van insurance.
Training:
6 Month Induction / Probation Training plan
Ongoing training via monthly 121’s, Team Training and External support
Continuous development via Industry recognised training system, minimal one course per month covering topics across Insurance Industry.
Key Skills and Knowledge required:
A confident communicator
Good communication in English and Arabic is a Bonus
Good sales, negotiation and persuasion skills
Have the ability to make fast, informed decisions
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with a strong attention to detail is a must.
Have an interest in further developing your skills and experience
Maintain good levels of communication
A high level of customer service and the ability to empathise with clients following an accident.
Friendly bubbly individuals who value teamwork
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry of clients personal details that the clients will provide over the telephone or online.
Being the point of contact for new customers and existing customers
Dealing with outbound and inbound calls. NO COLD Calling
Following a compliant sales script
Responsible for processing the sales
Knowing which insurers to pick from the quotes provided and advising the client accordingly towards their needs and demands
Salary: National minimum Wage
