 Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues or complaints. Investigate and resolve customer problems, making informed decisions and providing appropriate resolutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
 Conduct training sessions to equip customer service representatives with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to develop their capabilities and ensure consistent service quality.
 Collect and analyze customer feedback, including surveys, reviews, and other sources of customer insight. Identify emerging trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement necessary changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
