- Plans and coordinates the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers and other staffs.
- Interacting with customers daily by answering their questions and directing them to the appropriate service for their needs.
- Monitor customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Contribute to the development of the business and implementation of customer loyalty programs.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
Skills Required
· Excellent customer service skills and leadership skills
· Having a strong knowledge about retail concepts and of retail industry
