Customer Services Manager will be making sure our customers have the best experience possible every time they interact with us. They will be working alone or may asked to lead a small team, helping them handle customer inquiries, bookings, and any issues that might come up, They will set the procedure for how we interact with customers, from the first phone call to follow-up after a taking order. and deliver food in proper way. They will look at customer feedback and data to see how we are doing and figure out ways we can do even better. If there is a problem that needs attention, you will work on it to make sure its resolved quickly and fairly. They will also work with other parts of the business, like the menu selection and promotion offer for festival season, and sales teams, to make sure everyones on the same page and our customers get what they need, when they need it. They should be well organized and good communicator.
