Dealer Relationship Manager / BDM

FLOOR MANAGER TAS FOODS LTD You are the captain of your Area. You are responsible to ensure consistency of service standards, excellent service and maintain the cleanliness and condition of the floor. You are accountable in achieving the store's sales and profit by maintaining upselling procedures and guest care. It is your responsibility to keep your people driven and create a cheerful professional working environment that will keep our Guests wanting to return to German Doner Kebab. • Oversees and manages the Front of House area • Ensures guest service meets company standards and strong customer satisfaction is maintained • Respond efficiently to Guest complaints and takes appropriate action to solve the problem • Enforces and ensures the best quality of products possible is served • Organise the Front of House and supervise responsibilities to ensure both team colleagues and guests satisfaction • Train and direct team members through strong well organised training to ensure great guest service

Job Profile: We are looking for a proactive and skilled Recruitment & HR Manager to oversee our talent acquisition efforts in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in our industry. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment process for various positions within the construction industry Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs Create and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability Coordinate and attend job fairs and recruitment events Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience Create relevant Job Descriptions, Key Result Areas and Performance Standards for every department and every role.
