Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training can be provided. Key responsibilities • Welcome customers professionally and provide excellent service., • Take orders accurately and prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to company standards., • Operate the EPOS/till system and process cash, card and other approved payments correctly., • Follow procedures for discounts, refunds and voids, and report any discrepancies to management., • Keep the bar, customer areas, tables and workstations clean, organised and well maintained., • Restock bars, fridges and service areas, assist with deliveries, and follow stock rotation procedures., • Minimise waste, report breakages and stock issues, and support stock control activities., • Follow licensing, Challenge 25, health and safety, fire safety and food hygiene procedures., • Report incidents, hazards, maintenance concerns and cleanliness issues promptly., • Work positively with management and bar, floor, kitchen and security teams, particularly during busy periods., • Arrive on time, attend required training and communicate clearly about availability or absence.
