Full job description Window Cleaning Operative We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Window Cleaning Operative to join our team at Clear Finish. Uk. Position Details: You will be provided with a fully equipped company van, complete with a reach-and-wash system, for your daily tasks. Key Responsibilities: Carry out window cleaning using both traditional methods and the reach-and-wash pole-fed system on commercial and residential properties (internal and external). Gutter cleaning using gutter vacuum system working from the ground up. Requirements: Previous experience with traditional window cleaning methods (Reach-and-Wash system experience is highly desirable). Ability to work independently and professionally, maintaining high standards on every project. A strong team player who is reliable, efficient, and contributes positively to the team’s success. Early Childhood Lead Educator o To lead, support, supervise, and inspire the staff in their room to ensure best practices with children. o Liaise frequently with the wider management team within the setting to ensure the curriculum is being implemented to a high quality. o To ensure the learning environment is well-resourced and set up to reflect an enabling environment for children. o To support and work as part of a whole team to deliver and meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage for all children. o Plan, provide, and support age-appropriate play opportunities in accordance with the curriculum and individual needs of the children in your care. o To support staff’s practice to ensure the best outcomes for children. o To ensure the safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care is being met. o To be a key person to an allocated number of children. o To observe, assess and record children’s learning and development progress. o To ensure all record keeping for a given room is kept up to date, including children’s development records, daily records, risk assessments, and accident sheets (this will also be carried out by management). o To build and maintain positive relationships with children and their parents/carers. o To adhere to and follow the setting’s policies and procedures. o To ensure confidentiality is always adhered to. o To attend team meetings, settings meetings and training days. This also includes individual Continuous Professional Development training o To liaise and work in partnership with external agencies (both statutory and voluntary) to support children within the setting as appropriate. o Hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times to ensure standards of health and safety and minimise risk. o To undertake any other duties as deemed necessary by the setting managerial team.
