Whether you're seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career \n Key duties... \n\n • Provide a range of high-quality beauty treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, nails, and other advanced therapies in line with training and qualifications.\n, • Ensure all treatments are delivered with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.\n, • Maintain exceptional levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation in all treatment rooms and spa areas.\n, • Tailor each treatment to the specific needs of members and guests, offering expert advice on skincare and wellness.\n, • Promote and recommend retail products to enhance the guest experience and encourage aftercare.\n, • Manage booking schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and smooth handovers.\n, • Build strong relationships with members through excellent service, professionalism, and discretion.\n, • Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene protocols are always followed.\n, • Support the wider spa and wellness team with stock management, spa opening/closing procedures, and general operations.\n, • Act as an ambassador for the wellness offering of the club, embodying the brand's values and service ethos.\n\n What we are looking for... \n A successful Beauty Therapist for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. You'll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success. \n\n Minimum 2 years' experience in a high-end spa, clinic, or luxury wellness environment NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 desirable for advanced treatments - Deep Tissue Massage) Strong knowledge of skincare brands, facial techniques, and massage therapies Experience with luxury products and a client-focused approach Impeccable grooming and communication skills Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure Comfortable working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends\n Physical Requirements: \n \n Must be over the age of 18 Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects by hand Able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required\n The salary range for this role if filled within the UK is listed below.
