We genuinely want to help you progress as much as you want to. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to lead our team of social-first creatives. As the Senior Creative, you will be responsible for delivering social first ideas & copy for tier 1 clients, continuous training and development to your team, ensuring their growth and excellence, and development of our product & creative processes. Here’s what you’ll be doing... • Team Management: Lead and manage a dynamic creative team, overseeing proactive and reactive creative output, and implementing robust quality control measures to ensure ideas consistently align with social-first concepts and trending content., • Creative Ideation and Collaboration: Develop and deliver social-first creative concepts, copy, and strategies tailored to client brands. Collaborate closely with design, production, and strategy teams, ensuring creative visions are effectively executed across design, video, and audio., • Talent and Creator Briefs: Craft detailed, effective creator briefs in collaboration with influencers and talent, ensuring clear alignment with campaign objectives. Your proven experience in briefing talent should translate seamlessly into compelling production briefs., • Strategic Thinking: Approach creative challenges strategically, ensuring ideas push creative boundaries while aligning closely with broader business and marketing objectives., • Client Relationship Management: Confidently lead pitches and client meetings, effectively communicating and selling creative ideas, nurturing relationships, and aligning creative efforts with client expectations and commercial goals., • Trend Awareness: Maintain a finger on the pulse of social media trends and hooks, integrating fresh insights into the team's creative output, ensuring relevance and audience engagement., • Innovation and Training: Continuously improve and evolve our creative processes through training, development, and strategic implementation of innovative practices, including emerging technologies and platforms. Here’s what we need from you… Non-Negotiables: • 4+ years of experience in a creative ideation-focused role within social, design, or production., • Proven track record crafting effective talent and influencer briefs., • Exceptional understanding of social media hooks with evidence of successful engagement-driven campaigns., • Demonstrable experience in bringing creative visions to life across design, video, and audio., • Proven ability to ideate creatively within budget constraints, balancing innovation with performance-driven results., • Strategic mindset, aligning creative solutions with business and marketing objectives., • Strong, confident presence in client-facing situations with excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating and selling ideas. Nice-to-Haves: • Experience developing engaging episodic social entertainment content or franchise formats., • Proven ability in developing distinctive tone of voice guidelines to maintain brand consistency., • Familiarity and proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, Gemini, FireFly, enhancing creative processes through innovative technology., • A natural flair for humour, evident in your writing, communication, and creative output.
