Role Summary \n Lead and execute cutover activities for an IFS Cloud upgrade, ensuring a smooth, low-risk transition to production. \n Key Responsibilities \n\n • Own the end-to-end cutover strategy, plan, and execution\n, • Develop and manage a detailed cutover runbook (hour-by-hour / step-by-step)\n, • Define and enforce cutover entry/exit criteria and Go/No-Go checkpoints\n, • Lead mock cutovers and full go-live rehearsals\n, • Coordinate across:\n, • Data migration (including final load, reconciliation, validation)\n, • Integrations and interface readiness\n, • Environment and security/access setup\n, • Business readiness (finance close, operational cut-offs, communications)\n, • Manage cutover RAID log, risks, dependencies, and rollback plans\n, • Establish and lead the cutover war room and command structure\n, • Ensure alignment between IT, business teams, and external vendors\n, • Oversee final data migration execution and validation sign-offs\n, • Support go-live, hypercare, and structured transition to BAU\n\n \n Required Experience \n\n • 8–12+ years in ERP / large-scale transformations\n, • Proven experience as Cutover Lead or Go-Live Manager\n, • Strong experience in:\n, • Cutover planning & execution\n, • Data migration coordination and validation\n, • Business and IT readiness alignment\n, • Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple workstreams\n, • Strong stakeholder management and delivery leadership\n\n \n Preferred \n\n • Experience with IFS / SAP / Oracle ERP\n, • Experience in cloud upgrade or migration programmes\n, • Exposure to manufacturing / project delivery environments (optional, if relevant)\n\n
