Demand Planner (12-18 Month FTC) – Scunthorpe/Hybrid – Competitive Salary \n Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering exclusively with a leading manufacturing business in Scunthorpe that is looking to recruit a Demand Planner to support their business on a 12-18 month contract. \n As the Demand Planner, you'll own the monthly S&OP cycle end to end and bring demand, supply and production together into a single plan that keeps customers happy and the operation running efficiently. \n \n What's On Offer: \n\n • Flexible hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days from home. You select which days best work for you\n, • 37.5 hours per week with an early 1pm finish every Friday (flexi time)\n, • Business performance and individual achievement-related bonuses\n, • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays\n, • Free on-site parking\n\n \n Key Responsibilities: \n\n • Coordinate and lead the monthly S&OP cycle, facilitating Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre-S&OP and Executive S&OP meetings\n, • Consolidate demand, supply, inventory and financial assumptions into one operating plan\n, • Develop and maintain rolling 3, 6, 12 and 24 month forecasts, working with Sales, Product Management and Projects to improve accuracy\n, • Translate forecasts into material, supply and capacity requirements, identifying gaps and recommending mitigation plans\n, • Build and maintain finite production schedules, releasing and prioritising work orders\n, • Run and review MRP outputs, managing lead times, safety stocks and reorder policies\n, • Maintain planning data integrity within the ERP system and support process and system improvements\n, • Support new product introduction, product transitions and end-of-life planning\n\n \n Previous Experience: \n\n • A background in demand planning or supply chain planning\n, • Strong understanding of S&OP or Integrated Business Planning principles\n, • Hands-on ERP/MRP experience (IFS would be a real advantage)\n, • Advanced Excel skills\n, • Confident communicator\n\n \n About Elevation Recruitment Group \n Elevation Recruitment Group is a specialist recruitment consultancy operating across Procurement & Supply Chain, HR, Finance and Business Change.
