A growing advanced manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a significant production operation and drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll lead Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams across Planning, Materials, Quality and Engineering, taking full ownership of operational performance and continuous improvement activities.
