We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. Responsibilities: • Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other specialized modalities. • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate treatments to address specific concerns. • Create a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere for clients. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards. • Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service. • Educate clients on self-care practices, such as stretching or relaxation techniques. • Stay current on industry trends, certifications, and techniques. Qualifications: • Certified Massage Therapist with a valid license (as required by local/state regulations). • Experience in providing a variety of massage techniques. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic principles. • A commitment to client confidentiality and professionalism. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
