Job Title:Occupational Therapist - Adult Services Location: Bury Pay Rate: 35 per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its clients Adult Services team in Bury. This role focuses on delivering high-quality OT interventions to support individuals in living safely and independently at home and to facilitate timely hospital discharge. What will your responsibilities be • Assess individuals receiving care packages to ensure appropriate OT support., • Provide interventions that promote independence and safety in the home., • Support hospital discharge planning through timely assessments and recommendations., • Conduct assessments related to single-handed care moving and handling equipment and adaptations., • Build strong working relationships with service users families and professionals.
