This role is initially part time but the candidate should be able to accommodate if the work load increases. The days are Monday through to Friday, hours 9.00 - 5.00. Days may change on a weekly basis as may hours, but it is anticipated that it will be a minimum of 24 hours per week. As the role is the delivery and installation of Domestic Appliances, there is heavy lifting involved so the candidate must be physically fit. The installation of appliances involves basic skills such as connecting a water supply to a washing machine, connecting to existing power supplies and also the installation of integrated appliances which will require some basic carpentry skills. A basic knowledge of these areas would be beneficial, however, on the job training will be given.
A full clean driving licence is essential. The successful candidate must be presentable, be a good communicator, able to work under pressure and use own initiative.
