The Role Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will lead your section, ensuring high standards of preparation, presentation, and consistency throughout service. Chef requirements • Run and manage your section during prep and service, • Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard, • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your section, • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, • Support junior chefs and work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team, • Assist with stock rotation, waste control, and daily mise en place, • Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture, • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a quality restaurant, • Passion for French and Mediterranean cuisine, • Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation, • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, • Positive attitude and strong work ethic, • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills, • A genuine passion for hospitality and seasonal cooking

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen of our recently opened restaurant in the heart of Marylebone, London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in establishing a new dining destination, offering Mediterranean cuisine with Italian and British influences that celebrates seasonal ingredients and simple, well-executed dishes. As Head Chef, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day kitchen operation, leading lunch and dinner service while overseeing the wider food offering of The Leonard Hotel next door, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and in-room dining. You will play a key role in refining and evolving the menu, working closely with the ownership team to continue developing the restaurant's culinary identity. You will also be responsible for leading and developing the kitchen team, maintaining exceptional food quality, overseeing service, and ensuring efficient, well-organised kitchen operations. We are looking for a passionate and motivated chef who combines creativity with strong leadership and operational discipline. The ideal candidate will have experience leading busy kitchens, maintaining high standards and consistency across multiple service periods, and creating a positive and professional team culture.
