You will be joining a well-established, Good-rated, PACE-focused children’s home, where your contributions will directly influence the quality of care and the positive outcomes we create for young people.
Our 3-bed home supports children aged 7–17 with Learning Disabilities and SEMH needs. We are building a nurturing, therapeutic environment and are seeking a confident, motivated Deputy Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional, child-centred care.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
- Lead, supervise, and develop a skilled staff team
- Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care using a PACE-informed approach
- Oversee budgets, resources, and operational tasks
- Deputise for the Registered Manager when required

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to use initiative
- Experience in a children’s residential care setting
- Commitment to therapeutic, child-centred practice
- Full driving licence (due to location requirements)
