Experience and skills • Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is desirable., • Knowledge of special education strategies or experience supporting people with disabilities is advantageous., • Clear and effective communication skills., • Experience tutoring or mentoring children across different age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers., • Familiarity with classroom management and inclusive teaching practices., • A genuine interest in early childhood development and a commitment to helping young learners thrive.
