Summary
We are seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team in South Woodford. Located in a welcoming setting, this role is vital in supporting our educational ethos and ensuring the well-being and development of our children.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to young children’s developmental needs.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual learning journey.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery.
  • Promote positive behavior and social skills among children.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Requirements

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years
  • 2+ years of experience within an early years setting
  • A genuine passion for teaching and child development
  • A nurturing, emotionally intelligent, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A commitment to professional growth and continuous improvement
