Fallow was founded by three individuals in May 2019, two chefs Jack Croft and William Murray, and career hospitality entrepreneur James Robson. As a Host Doorman, you are the first and last impression of the restaurant — a key figure in setting the tone for every guest’s experience. Positioned at the entrance, you will deliver a warm, confident, and polished welcome while maintaining organisation and flow at the door.
