Job Purpose Management of the Club · Be a key holder of the club, ensuring the opening and closing policy and procedures are followed and security is not breached · Ensure that the club facilities and service are maintained to the highest level · Monitor and audit the maintenance, Health and Safety and cleanliness of the club · Ensure all team members on your shift are turned out in line with the club dress code Customer Service / Quality · Provide a warm welcome and work with the team to continually improve the overall member experience · Provide an informative induction for new club members · To rota through the club, interacting with all members offering advice or alternative training techniques ·
Ensure that all Health & Safety, hygiene and COSHH regulations comply with requirements and club rules are observed by members and guests ensuring their safety and well-being when using the club People · Communicate performance standards and expectations, in a way that motivates your fellow crew members · Manage customer complaints in a professional manner · Work with your line manager to obtain regular feedback from members to ensure suggestions and customer service improvement opportunities are actioned.
Key Relationships · Working with our current members · Assisting with all our external bookings, which include local schools, private swimming clubs and group classes · Supporting the Trust in delivering out patients and rehabilitation to discharged patience’s of the Royal Free Hospital.

Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Qualification
· CSE/GCSE in Maths and English or equivalent
· Qualification in Demonstrable fitness and Personal training Level 3
· First aid / defibrillator qualified
Experience
· A minimum 2-year’s previous experience in working in the fitness industry
Including as a key holder, including opening and closing procedures
· Handling daily cash, and closing books
· Rota working
· Working with the general publi
